Ban Reason: Racism/NITRp
Time of Occurrence: around 8pm AEST
Relevant Evidence: There isn't any evidence on my part. I can't record on my PC. I don't recall ever being racist. I was driving my friend's car and a cop ran into my car then tried to pull me over. My friend then came out of the casino and started fighting the cop so that we could be on our way. My friend died and some other players distracted the cop. At this point I hopped in my friend's car and started driving away before I got banned for "racism"?

After this all happened and I was making my way to the forums, the admin who banned me came to my friend with his car and said something along the lines of "here's your car some minge stole it".

I have every intent to RP and I love the uniqueness of this server, but I don't get why I'm getting banned for something I didn't do, for a year. I really hope the staff on this server are less corrupt than it seems from this situation.

Funny this was playing at the same moment another player by the Steam name of -9- was changing his name constantly, using racial slurs just like this video. Makes you think.

I completely forgot about that. Didn't know it worked because I got an error to do with chromium. That was a really bad choice for a test video. I really wish we could talk about this further since I was having so much fun on the server (aside from TVs not working).

I understand that having that playing isn't what you want on the server and I regret my actions. If 12 months is the final decision on this ban, then I hope to play on the server again in 12 months.

Sorry if I offended anyone, and of course the guy changing his name had nothing to do with me.

I find it kind of suspicious and odd you played that video out of everything as a "test".

This is denied, but given this was just a video and not what the other guy did, I am willing to lower this to a month. If I see this behavior again, you can save writing an appeal.
