Request Reason: I was raiding another player's home when the Police started a Counter-raid. During a skirmish with police, I was shooting at PhoniexZZ, who according to the video below, did not have me within his line of sight. After firing at his head with about 3 rounds, I was downed from 1 one of his bullets while he still wasn't facing me. (albeit I was low health) After I go critical and before I hit the ground, his character seemed to snap towards my direction.
