Request Reason: I was doing a hostage sit. User blatantly ftvl of the hostage. They claim i didn't have my gun on hostage but in the video i clearly was next to hostage. They disobeyed chiefs orders multiple times, - didn't ask for permission to shoot + didn't move back when asked. I legit returned fire on the detective who shot next to hostage, i could have shot them easily. This is some of the biggest ftvl shit ive seen. Legit just ruins it for everyone

Additional members involved/witnessing: @Tru @Jacub - They were both there. Tru was chief and confirmed he had no idea that was gonna happen and did tell them to move back. I also have footage of them refusing to move back by chief when asked.

Okay I'll give my reply to this as I was involved:

Essentially, I said it was fine for them to shoot the hostage taker (Tye in this case) following the circumstanses:

• They had a critical shot which would actually take them down immediately
• The hostage taker not having a gun pointed at the hostage.

However the detective opening fire on Tye Shaw ran at him disobeying higher up orders and opened fire close range with a makarov.

Yeah if i got sniped when i wasnt aiming at hostage i wouldnt report. But he legit disobeys everyones orders and just rushes me with a makarov. Again if i wanted to the hostage would have died.

After reviewing both the evidence provided here and by the chief, it is clear that the detective mentioned in this report did fail to listen to the chiefs orders and decided to rush in and fail to value the hostage's life.
