Request Reason: The security guards were cuffing people and searching everyone who went inside bank and thats when I made the 911 call on them.
Kuro cuffed me and another guy in bank and left us in a room with alarm on so no one can get in. Mrfrags let him do it as a security cordinator instead of demoting him or trying to stop him at all then after about 5 minutes frags uncuffed us.
