Request Reason: They mugged us in a public area, we had no prior encounters with them in the same life. They also killed the first person to get out whom they had told to get out not even a second prior. I’m making this PR so I’m eligible for a refund

@Farmer Joe was the driver/first to get out/shoot so I'll ping him.

Personally I've heard many things about that intersection with regards to criminal activities just by the massive amount of shootouts that occur there as well as the many muggings certain people I talk to have been a victim of, who said they've been told that the area was within the rules more often that not, so we decided to take the chance on your Charger as we may not have had the opportunity to mug you again. There was also nobody around to witness the act, i.e. less populated.

As for the killing being supposedly RDM with an insufficient amount of time to listen to commands, both of your friends (front right seat and front left seat) decided to exit the car with their guns drawn, resulting in Joe firing at them, causing their deaths. You were killed by me because you got out of your car and started running around with a Silverballer in your hands, so you were shot to death.

Yes, you are right, I am 100% aware that you gained a reason to kill me since I had drawn my weapon and opened fire after exiting the car. The main topic and current focus of this report is this rule.

I'll give my little bit of input, I have been mugged in the same spot many times and never complained I don't see the issue it was not directly in front of the fire station, we followed you guys and kept an eye on you until we thought it was the right time and place, nobody was around to witness it so we stopped you guys at the light. There was no rdm you guys were told to get out and instantly drew guns which isn't very smart to do when you have guns already pointed at you. But with all that being said I would like to know myself for the future if it is okay or not to mug in this intersection.

- Mugging in an exposed area - (You mugged them in the intersection of one of the most busiest roads there are, not only that it is also in clear view of the NPC's at Mechanics)

Both players will receive a Verbal for the reason(s) listed above.
