This claim is completely unmerited. Under rule 1.6, I freely used this speech In-Character. No one advised me that my speech was offending them, and no one at any point asked me to stop using the language I was using. None of it was Out-Of-Character. This is a false claim.

1. We do not tolerate derogatory slurs towards any group of people, such as racism, homophobia etc., within the community - especially Out-Of-Character. Your in-game character may be offensive to a certain degree HOWEVER, once players feel uncomfortable you have to stop immediately. Be observant and j. Things like the N-word and other ethnic slurs are never acceptable - neither Out-Of-Character nor In-Character. I would like to make this very clear as a reminder: the use and word of the f-word is not acceptable. It is a derogatory slur that is used to discriminate against a certain group. Although it has other meanings, it should not be used.

The same obscene language heard in the video evidence is frequently used to discriminate against certain ethic groups, which is not tolerated. Context is important, but it should be avoided.
