Request Reason: Was rdm'ed after being demoted. For some context I was demoted from my PD job and a glitch in which the gun I had previously before the demotion stayed on my back (even though I wasn't equipped or was in possession of the gun). Cora Dahle knew that this was the case and tried to fix the solution without killing me. Walter Scott on the other hand, just decides to put me in a 4 min when I could have changed jobs or just fall to my death. I would like a death refund on this if possible because I don't think a game glitch like this should have warranted him to just 4 minute me for no reason and of course this person behaves like this all the time and gets away with it.

** I have a longer clip if you need to see it just wanted to shorten it due to memory issues.

I believe i had asked austin to respawn you because i didnt realize he was online and yes i should not have headshotted you however switching jobs would not have fixed the issue. Unfortunately the only solution to this particular problem is respawning which required you to die. After i realized austin had come back i asked him to respawn you because at the time i was not aware of him being online. The reason i decided to kill you immediately is because last time i demoted someone and this happened he went on a killing spree murdering the entire pd so i air on the side of caution even in the video you can hear me apologizing after shooting you for putting you into 4 minute i should have body shotted you

I just find it very hypocritical of you to demote me for finishing off stabilized suspects with no ems/no officers willing to buy adrenaline (mind you no one wants to wait out 6 minutes of bs) and yet you can't think for 2 minutes to come up with the best possible solution to make sure both parties leave happy. Hold yourself accountable and to the same standard I have no ill will against you but you didn't give me time to propose a solution. Just weird from my opinion seeing a mentor act like that.

I understand what you were saying however there were no other solution also im no longer a mentor sadly but your argument stands

@Walter Scott I understand you killed @Jay Cutter because of a game glitch, and because you wanted to prevent further rule breaks from happening, but this is still considered RDM. Issues regarding game bugs should be handled OOC, with a staff member that can remove these weapons by respawning the player. Killing someone and forcing them to wait 4 minutes is not necessary. None the less, you will only receive a verbal warning for this situation.

Furthermore, the situation will be voided. You are free to request any lost items in the refund request section of the forums using the format found here.
