Since I'm involved in this report I have my right to defend myself, I didn't do anything to you or even shot you until you decided to damage/kill Jul Rob. I have no idea why he slashed your tires to be honest, and was somewhat confused about the situation but since you did kill him, I then killed you for it.

In the video you said you would frag my friend. A moment passed and I could a hear a radio blip and I thought you called for backup, so I tried to kill you.

After reviewing the evidence, you were talking smack to him as well along with having the golden oppertunity to remove yourself from that situation by driving away, but you didn't and kept talking, and killing for threatening you is not explicitly against the rules. Along with the fact you tried to run them over despite having better courses of action to take.
