Request Reason: RDM while i was peacefuly glambing , he pulled a makarov when the roulette boll stoped and i won and he lost so he just shot me without saying nothing.

I was RDMd by the same person a few minutes before that happened https://monolithservers.com/forums/threads/refund-request.34950/#post-210350 (my report got handled in game by @The_Ghost who gave him 5 days ban because of 2xRDM of me and @Dido King as well as not dropping the stuff he picked from our bodies) . I was not involved in this situation but I think the reported party acted in this way because they sold their ferrari and gambled it all away in casino, that's what he stated in ooc. Another guy was found near hospital who probably got killed by him as well, the reported party went on a mass murdering spree.

I have came to a conclusion,

confirmed by another admin, he was previously banned for RDM,

1. Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

Killing should always be carried out sensibly, and shooting someone because you lost a bet wasn't sensible and shouldn't have been brought towards @Ashtar Sheran, thus his current ban will be extended to 2 weeks, I would advise @Josh Welks to understand the rules a bit more throughout this time off the server.
