I was playing detective at the time, walking back into the garage of the police station and then into the sentencing area, I see an officer leading a prisoner out, I thought it was weird since he wasn't "unprocessing" him but leaving doors open for him and then the pair of them running in the opposite direction, I immediately knew the officer had purposely let this prisoner out so he could be free, they were in it together. I placed the prisoner back in handcuffs and brought him back for questioning, Bobby comes back in (Weird how he knew I had brought the guy back to the booking area since he had already darted off), and then I proceed to question Bobby instead, on why he purposely left all of the doors open and purposely let this guy out (Aleksander Volkov).
Aleksander proceeds to tell me that If I arrest him again and don't give him a max sentence then Bobby will just let him out again, he then mistakenly types out "Bobby dont say anything." and then "Lol i meant that to be a pm." Bobby begins to use his plausible deniability to say that he doesn't know the guy, the guy (Aleksander Volkov) then says "If you dont know me", "830-100-0081." and "Whos number is thaat.", "Call it detective." "Its bobbys." Bobby then tries to show me a video from his point of view that literally shows him doing the exact thing I'm accusing him of.
Bobby abused his police privileges' to let his friend out who was rightfully arrested and did it in the most inappropriate way. @Console came and mediated the situation since it was transpiring in RP now and backed up the messages I claimed Bobby's friend had said while this situation was occurring, however while waiting on my ticket I also brought this to the attention of the police chief because my ticket had been open for a sec and showed him all of the evidence I'm showing below and showed @Console who then demoted bobby.
I'm making this report so that further action may be taken as the chief reminded bobby he could just get back on police in 20 minutes, which is not okay in my personal opinion for someone that abuses to that extent to just hop back on the police job, there is enough police abuse in Monoford as it is. Bobby claims he thought this was a detective but then after I corrected his error why did he come back and spectate his friend's encounter with me or why would he leave all of the doors unlocked so his friend could walk right out? You can also search for the logs of the chat Aleksander was saying at the times I put below, and also check the PM's between the two of them. @Console mentioned there was some more messages between them saying "Good cover story" and more.
When did the situation occur?: 9/26 9:15 Eastern Time US to 9/26 9:30 PM Eastern Time US.
Your evidence to support your claim: I have 2 separate videos, one from my point of view and one from Bobby's, because he showed it to me as "Evidence" that I was false accusing him and that he thought Aleksander was a detective, however Bobby must of done this hastily as he left in the parts where he blatantly looked at Aleksander and seen he was a "Prisoner" multiple times! As well as screenshots of the text chat's Aleksander was saying, which can be backed up by @Console who confirmed in logs that these were said by Aleksander because I was not introduced to Aleksander so it just said "Somebody"
