We were in an active shootout with them

@misterlol29 i was there before the shootout took place and was talking to the cops about the ticket they gave me for illegal tint but not the guys that were behind me. I stated the time this happened as late that night so I was about to get off and no staff were on at that time so stayed nearby to record if something did happen before getting off for the night. In the video you can see in the left the guy who vdm’s the cop from behind / pinch’s him ( cop stands back up ) he rams another car corrects himself and proceeds to beeline straight for the cop and ram him. Lastly I can’t say what the guys relation to the class 3 wielding individuals was or if he was on frequency with them all I can say is they were not In the same clan / organization as I know frank (only person I know that was there ) isn’t in the vdmer’s organization.

They don't necessarily have to be in the same organization for them to be allowed to help out. As long as they are in a party or frequency they can help each other out.

As I said before, If a party member (or similar) is in immediate danger (in this case the shootout with the cop) someone else who is in the part (or similar) can use their vehicle and use it as a means to disable/kill the opposing force as per the VDM rules.

As you can see/hear in the video he is radioing with the other party members at that time so in this instance he was allowed to do what he did.
