No he did it on accident, you legit ran me infront of his car, i had multiple class 3s in evidence which i then got back due to a PD raid, why would he try to vdm lol. Side note : Conveniently u cut out the part calling him a "retard" afterwards.

I have come to a conclusion that it did look like a lag spike that could have happened on @Walter Scott's end, thus will only warn @Walter Scott to be more careful next time. It's completely understandable that we all lag, but you need to be careful and not drive around recklessly that could almost potentially hurt someone.

As a result, Nobody will be punished.
