Rule break 1: False cop raid.

this was assuming that walter scott was police chief at this time and was the one that called the raid. we were basing and all of a sudden got cop raided, when i asked what the reason was i was told “because you didn’t answer the door.” i did also hear at one point that there was *BELIEVED* to be a suspect wanted by the police inside of our base. there was 0 picture or eye seen evidence meaning it was all gone off of assumption or metagame, on top if all this to my knowledge no warrant was placed before entering as well. this would not be the first time walter scott has called a fail pd raid as chief as i can recall reading a very recent incident where he did this on an LSD base because he heard someone coughing. It’s apparent hes a little too fast to jump to conclusions on raids and is not able to gather evidence and properly conduct raids as police chief.

Situation: this wasn’t me however you can see these people (appears to be dustin firestar not sure of his @) but the video pretty much explains it all. not much to mention here besides just view the evidence below.

When did the situation occur?: i honestly do not have timestamps for these occurrences. i can say early morning nov 25th but no specific time.

Additional members involved/witnessing: @Nub @kman edgy and more, if youre apart of any of these situations or have more things to share then go ahead and reply with it.

Whats the first video to even proof? I was not the chief otherwise it would have said chief scott.

As for the VDM. May i direct your attention to rule 2.2.3 Vehicle Deathmatch is not allowed without a proper reason. You may use your vehicle as a weapon if you or a befriended life is in immediate danger.
We were aware of the imminent PD raid as a cop heard to scheming at hospital and if you pull up with a crew with automatic weapons id say the life of my fellow officers is in danger so that was completely allowed

Hello again,

After reviewing the evidence presented as well as arguments made by both parties, I have reached the following conclusion:

There is insufficient evidence to prove that @Walter Scott had a significant contribution to the planning and commencement of the raid in the first video above. His mere involvement is not sufficient enough for me to issue punishments or refunds.

As for the second video, the small police presence nearby as well as the fact that there were at least 4 of you armed to the teeth with one of you turning your attention to Walter himself shows that not only his colleagues' lives were in danger, but his was as well. This warrants his immediate decision to attempt to disable/incapacitate both the one who threatened his life as well as those who were also a major threat to him and his colleagues within close proximity. After the immediate threat was neutralised (the one mere seconds from opening fire onto him), he got out and continued the firefight. This remains within the bounds of the outlined rule 2.2.3.

I do not see any wrongdoing on @Walter Scott 's part here, as he acted within the set bounds of specified rules, as frustrating as the situation was.
