Request Reason: RDM. i was giving a tour to a new player when they started to ask us to leave which we did and they still continued to shoot at us and when we got out of the bank they killed the new player and the guy who i was giving a tour to. Also i went by their bodies to run away and got stuck which they took it upon them to shoot and kill me even though i put my hands up. I stopped recording when the first rdms happened and managed to start back up in time to just show my hand were up and i was shot.

As I was involved I can tell u we asked u to leave multiple times if u play the full video u we’re getting frustrating and took forever to leave, when u were finally starting to turn away and walk u we’re going as slow as possible and we kill the security and ur friend in crossfire yet u STILL decide to stay there with no value of ur life. I think I’m the one who killed u and it’s ur fault for not leaving after we killed ur buddy

First off ur friend died in crossfire but you, u stayed and went in the bush without fleeing from the scene as asked, for all we know u could of been a detective calling it out on radio, if u diddnt want to die u shouldn’t of stayed end of story.

Why are you still staying around the bank raid? Instead of fleeing when you had the chance and breaking FTVL. You were trying to bait out a rdm shot and that's considered crossfire when there are cops behind you.

i wasnt trying to bait anyone i was trying to do my job as mentor i was trying to leave when you shot me and go to the hospital where the guy i was giving a tour would be at but i got stuck as i said earlier which is why i put my hands up.

After discussion with both @Memo and @HockeyExpert30 and seeing clips of both perspectives, I will be issuing 1 warning point to Memo for reason: RDM. From Memo's POV, it is clear that he killed the new player in cross-fire. But his decision to kill the security guard is the main reason for the warning point. The victim party was instructed to "run to get out of the bank", but they walked. It is understandable why Memo shot them for this reason, but still, it isn't a totally valid reason to kill. Memo gave the security guard a chance to leave but killed him anyway, also a poor decision. The third kill is completely valid and done by another player. You were asked to leave and you stuck around.
