Violence SteamID: STEAM_0:1:70324571 . That is his steam ID. As you can see he is well alive at 1:28. A couple seconds later i drive off for a couple minutes.That was the only encounter i had with him the whole time. As you can see at 4:23 HooDi is standing there then proceeds to follow me into the mechanics shop. at 4:45 he opens fire at me for no reason. I would like to see your POV @Scotty for your claim that I killed violence. Alsp Scottish you can check logs from August 9th around 1:50pm to 1:54 pm PST to check the logs damage wise. I did not shoot at him or violence.

No. I use Xbox Game Bar and my audio gets bugged or doesn't record the audio.

All I see is me coming into view in your video which again has no audio at all which u say u use Xbox Game Bar whatever that is but... but... but man can literally see OBS on ur desktop taskbar.
Just suprising that both you and memo have no audio at all in your videos even though both situations were somewhat close together at the time of them happening, I'd also like to forward you a link to Microsoft Support to maybe fix your audio issue.

Something could of happened anywhere or anytime before since KOS lasts an hour after something has happened if said player hasn't died inbetween that time but I don't know HooDi like I don't know what he was doing inbetween that time whether he had kos or not or anything like I juss don't know.

Yes but you can see as OBS is not open. Everytime i try to record with OBS it goes to a black screen not letting me record the window.
