In regards to the Player Report,

After a review of the evidence provided of the situation, it's clear that rules were violated. George Hammer (CoolOrphans) the reporting party failed to value his characters-life in a situation which could have been prevented, the user failed to comply with the reported party (Hoodi); it's not clear why he was asked to leave but no rule was violated on their behalf in-line with server rules. In addition, CoolOprhans, you drove backwards hitting and knocking out a player with your vehicle in which the man with the weapon (Hoodi) responds as you have failed to follow demands and now put his life in danger due to your actions.

Rule(s) Violated:

• 2.4.5 - FearRP only applies for vehicles if the driver is placed at gunpoint by the driver-side window. Any other instance does not constitute FearRP for the driver, and the driver and the passengers of the vehicle may flee.
• 2.6.1 - You must abide by realistic roleplay measures. If something you are doing is illogical in a real-life situation, then you can’t do it on the server.
• 3.2 - Do not break character, stay in character at all times unless you are in an administrative situation.

To conclude: As the reporting party has been found to violate server rules, and the reported has not. The reporting party @CoolOrphans will receive One Warning Point for Failure to Value their Life in par with the evidence they provided.

Note: You cannot stall roleplay or break character to dispute the actions of another user, if you feel as if they are violating server rules, continue the situation and make a report to contact staff.
