Request Reason: RDM. I was mugging a cop on L2 ramp and eventually killed the cop. Then he pulls up behinds me and guns me down.
His reason was that he threatened to kill me back at L2 Bank which I did not hear but regardless. His reason for threatening me was unclear but I believe I insulted him somehow? I said "fuck off" towards the end of it and drove away. He broke 2.2.2 he went straight from threatening to killing 30 minutes later. Nor did this person even have a firearm equipped when he supposedly threatened to kill me. And by the way, I drove by L2 bank multiple times and he had every chance to take a shot even though the confrontation had ended well before that.
When did the situation occur?: 1:10 AM PST Friday
Your evidence to support your claim: I have video of him killing me but I don't think that's the issue. I will post it if it's necessary. @swimming bird told me that the reported player will show the video of him threatening me.

I would just like to say that when all this occurred last night, @SwimmingBird already handled the sit in game. The 3rd rule on the Player Report Rules state "You can only post Player Reports if the situation wasn't dealt with in-game already. There is no need to punish someone who was dealt with in-game by a staff member" but I will go on to explain my side.

I have had problems with this player previously today, and when I showed up to L2 bank to buy guns from a player he was sitting outside in his car with ACR on his back. At this point I didn't think about who it was or what they were doing. He sat there complaining about how I was the person that killed them earlier and said stuff that should not have been said due to him breaking NLR. I walked out the bank doors and he was in his car talking about me and calling me a lot of vulgar names. I asked him if he could stop and his exact words were "Fuck off". After that he continuously called me more names and I said that he would be shot if he continued, he did. So at this point I said that to him and he decided to drive off after slinging more hate speech. Not even 10 min after he pulled away he came back and aimed his ACR at me from across the street. All of this happened within the one hour. The section 2.2.2 of the rules state "You may not kill a player for simply insulting you. Threaten them with a firearm and alternatively shoot them to injure them first. If they persist after this, you are free to kill them." I did just that by saying to please stop or he would get shot and he continued and pointed a Firearm at me after while I had no gun.

I would like to also say that I will not be at my PC this weekend but will have access to the forum via my phone. I will apologies now if I am not able to respond as quick as normal and if it looks bad.

I was saying "Fuck off" at L2 Bank. And I never complained about you killing me. I drove off saw people basing and raided them. Once I was finished I left the base saw you sitting outside with your camera. I had my gun on you to make sure you didn't have a gun. And then I left.
