There was a notification that bank was being robbed, I saw you and one other leave the bank while it was being robbed with a bag on you lmao. I tased you quickly because I didn't want you to get on the bus. Had you been far away from it I would of given you more time. I then had to leave the scene and told the other officer to handle it since there was a shootout at Lolas.

I tased you a second time because I couldn't get around the bus stop and was stuck I told you 3 times to move and you didn't, I wasn't aware my mic was to quiet so that is my bad.

This was not a random arrest as the cop had reason to believe you robbed the bank. It was false imprisonment, but the chief handles that in character
