Request Reason: Metagaming // They used IC voice chat to talk about OOC things. Being the ideal role model of the server i did my meaningful duties and decided to use the LOOC command to respond as to not metagame. During the time of me typing in LOOC his buddy came and stabbed me.

Long story short, he used IC to talk about OOC and took advantage of it.

In regards to the Player Report,

After further review of the evidence provided, I can deem the following; D.Johnson (STEAM_0:0:128489318) broke character in par with this situation as they cannot speak out of character unless a staff member has approved (in a sit for example). I'm unaware of why D.Johnson has been reported for Metagaming as such rule has not been violated by the general fail roleplay rules have been.

In conclusion, as the user has violated our fail roleplay rules due to speaking out of character in a roleplay situation they shall receive One Warning Point for Fail Roleplay.
