Request Reason: I was outside a sader house after the alarm got popped on a base and was sitting in the driveway in my car. The people inside had no idea who lockpicked their door so when they came outside 30 seconds after the alarm was popped, they immediately shot me with no attempt to rp. They had no way of knowing who lockpicked their car and they could have easily tried to rp as I was in my car and they were surrounding my car with guns out. I do not believe that murder was the viable rp action in this situation as killing is always a last resort in rp and they had no way to identify who lockpicked popped their alarm.

I am always told by high ranking staff such as PMX that killing should always be a last resort when it comes to RP. You did not know it was me but instead assumed it was me using no valid proof and you easily could of attempted to RP without killing me. Instead you did not try and rp at all but used Frag RP as a first resort

Your have no physical evidence it was me, you simply assumed it was me because I was there. But again you are avoiding the bigger issue which is you turned to killing which should be a last resort when more passive rp was a completely viable option. This is not a frag rp server but a rp server

Okay yes i "assumed" it was you. post a longer clip of what you posted and im sure i would have been right. all i know is i was being raided. so in your car or not im not going to hesitate shooting in that situation where if i do it could easily cost me my life. Youre on my property with a class 3. thats reason enough to shoot says multiple admins ive asked plenty of times. Plus in your video why were you about to get out of the car if not raid me. I think your way of raiding was to pop the alarm, wait for it to go off, and silently lockpick afterwards. correct me if im wrong

My problem here is as I was in my car and you did not know I had a class three on me until after you killed me, there was no reason for you to not attempt to rp. Instead you immediately went to frag rp

After taking a loot at the videos provided I will be denying this player report. You clearly weren't happy over the fact that you lost the raid and your gun so resorted to making a player report. You had the intention to come in and rob the people of their belongings WITH a class 3 and expect not to get shot after lock picking their door? Further more you will be receiving a 1 month ban for misusing the 3rd person camera. You have been banned for this same exact exploit before and you know that this is not allowed.
