Request Reason: There was a sit in-game which involved a group of people who claimed they had KOS on me but after a sit in-game and @Backflare viewing the evidence provided, he stated, "It does not look like you guys had a rp reason to KOS". But the defending party claimed they had a video which gave them a reason to kill me which is why backflare told me to take it to the fourms.

@Pizza . My side of the story we were in a sit with blackflare and FluffyGamer here provided a 2 minute video when the situation was about 7 minutes long so no punishement was issued in game. I Have video and the video shows that he was calling us out over radio several times about Our location, People having kos on us. And In the video provided will also show him trying to speed up to run @Nub over while he was near the tire of the FNF. After giving callouts like such we decided we were gonna kill you but what also helped back it up was when we ramed you to try to get your car stuck you say " If i die its Such and such" so we confirmed it and killed you on drawbridge.

1. Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

Reason For Lethal Action Was he was giving callouts that could have had all 5 of us killed within seconds and we had to stop him from continuously giving out these callouts
