You show in the video why you were pulled over, you veered off the road into the dirt. That classifies as reckless driving. I wasn’t even the one doing the pull over, I was catching a ride from @reqord who was driving me back to layer 1 where my car was. @reqord chose to arrest you for reckless driving I never gave him any direction. I was simply there when it happened as I was catching a ride back to layer 1. I will not be responding to this topic any further as I did not initiate the traffic stop or arrest you. The only time I told him to do anything was when I told him to go ahead and proceed with the arrest since I checked your license and it was good to go.

Firstly, to cover the fail driving part, I saw you over the guard rail clearly drifting at the base of that hill, then proceeding to drive on the wrong side of the road and dirt, which made me swerve to the wrong side of the road to prevent injury. The arrest reason was reckless endangerment of others, not reckless driving, do you believe people get a ticket for driving in the wrong lane and going off the road in real life, and if they do they will also be fruitfully drug tested. This PR also clearly shows the 5 minutes I gave you which was more than fair for the situation. Think about this from an RP standpoint, not a game mechanic, driving on the wrong side of the road will kill someone PERIOD and that is why we switched lanes and pulled you over.

in the video it clearly shows you going onto the wrong side of the road and me responding, we would not have been forced to change lanes if you were in the right lane to begin with. This roleplay is literally based off of real life, and you should treat it like that. The smooth brain in this is immersive and it truly shows you only read the bold parts.

I am going to void this situation and @reqord you will be receiving a police blacklist for NITRP and FailRP. The entire situation is handled extremely poorly and this is not your first run in with FailRP and NITRP. This is some very poor roleplay on your part. It doesn't make sense to arrest somebody for making a wide turn while you are literally on the wrong side of the road. Future infractions will result in more severe punishments.
