Your evidence to support your claim: At the time I had a warrant on me for "Fleeing and Eluding" yet I was never pulled over for it which is sad and shows how power-hungry the cops were at the time. If you're viewing this PR as soon as I submitted it, the video may still be uploading as I need to do things in real life.

Good evening,

This all started in the morning, nothing was happening and barely anyone was driving on the road. There were about 3 cops on at the time: Chief Tyler Park, Assistant Jonathan Arroyo (Me), and Lieutenant Jorune Emperor. Both Chief and Assistant Chief was parked at Layer 1 Hospital when a black lancer sped past us from the gas station towards behind the bank. Both the chief and I started to pull out of hospital to try and catch up with you with lights and sirens but both of us got caught with server lag and crashed. I later called your vehicle out over the radio for someone to pull you over for speeding and crossing the red lights. LT Jorune Emperor then later placed a warrant out for your arrest because apparently you ran from him when he tried to pull you over. We then later found you at hopsital and tried to put you into custody. I tried placing the spike on the ground, not to pop your tires, but to place it in between your tires so you would be stuck. Instead, the spike strip actually placed on your car door which pushed your car over, and popped your tire. Later on (not shown in the video) it can be heard from me saying it was on accident and that it wasn't meant to pop your tires. You also decided to keep complaining about how no one tried pulling you over, so I took and tried asking the LT but he never answered. I asked the chief whether or not to arrest you since the LT wasn't answering us and the chief just said you already spent too much time in the car and just to let you go with a ticket. Your warrant was removed and you were let go, but you kept complaining about us being corrupt and power-hungry cops. Then it all ended when you walked away from the situation saying you are going to report me on the forums when in reality the spike strip was misplaced and accidentally popped your tires.

Aight i'm sorry to do this here but tony from our pov your car was black idk if this was a visual glitch or somthing but we received callouts a blacklancer was fleeing from a traffic stop. I know you car is purple in this video but to me and the other officer it looks black. The reason the Spikes were placed down was because our pov the car was black so you could have been the lancer that fled so the officer attempted to put spikes between the tires so you did not flee. Upon doing that they glitched being in the air somehow flattening 2 of your tires and actually some how doing 20 dmg to me. You were let go as the officer that called out the fleeing lancer was not able to come id you so we had no proof to arrest you.

In the future when pulling a vehicle over, unless the vehicle was actively trying to flee (which in provided evidence(s) he wasn't), there's really no reason to place spike strips down.
