After further review I find the person to be in violation of the rules listed below:

Staff disrespect.
Breaking charecter.

I do not tolerate people speaking about others in a negative way behind their backs. If you have such an opinion don't say it out loud.

Since I already gave you a verbal warning for breaking character in the previous report I will be issuing a 1 day ban for the rule breaks.
