After further review, I did not find the accused player to have broken any rules. He found items that led him to be suspicious of what was happening, so he chose to investigate. These were all valid reasons, so nothing rule-breaking happened. As a side note, what you do in the video using the third person to see out into the hallway without opening the door is considered to be exploiting, if you are caught doing it again, you will be punished.
