There was seemingly absolutely no reason for the player to have shot you and as such, this rule was violated. The player in question will receive a 3 Day Weapons Blacklist. Additionally, the situation will be voided and you are free to request any lost items in the refund request section of the forums using the format found here.
-From what I can see this would include:

• 1x Kevlar and Helmet
• $3,380 in death fees
