Gave no evidence nor any real reason of why you pulled me over. I drove out of the church area then he pulls me over into bar, then didn't tell me to pull over, smashes into my car. Ask him why I'm being pulled over, gives no real reason. He then gets impatient pulls me out of the car, didn't tell me to put my hands up, but instead automatically tazes me. I was not an imposed threat as my friend tried to help me flee, so he then shoots up a car with that was not marked as threat. I was heated for the way he handled things as a chief of police, so I said that I would call the gods for the way he mishandled the situation multiple times.

Also in this video, you would not see any copbaiting, its more player targeting than anything, had multiple situations with this chief within an hour, and for some reason he pulls me over for no reason at this time and moment, and gives me no reason, and started to use deadly force on an citizen that was not a threat.

Also since you recorded, show the 911 call or radio call where you said that you got a call about a "suspicious white car" that matched my white Volvo. And one more thing, Admin The_Ghost told me, "Cops shouldn't be the first one shooting, they should be the second one shooting when their life or others are at danger."

I said and i quote "Your vehicle matches the description of a vehicle we are looking for" You failed to provide ID on request at which point i was gonna take you to the station to confirm your identify your buddy then jumps into the car you jump into the car with doing /me opens the door at which point i shoot to disable as your fleeing as i then assume your the hit and run suspect we are looking for so your a danger for the public. At which point you start berating me saying all kinds of hurtful and nasty stuff for me just doing my job and threatening to go to police CMD and thats its my last day as chief.

Hello again,

I have watched the video from start to finish and have determined that several rules were broken. My conclusion is as follows:

The initial pull-over was valid, as the Chief had reasonable suspicion that your vehicle was previously used in a crime.

The subsequent arrest was valid, as you failed to comply during said traffic stop. The Monolith-specific definition of failure to comply is below

Had you complied, you would unlikely have lost anything during this situation and been sent on your way. Regardless of your belief the chief had broken rules, you may NEVER break rules yourself to counter their rulebreaks.

Rules were violated when Crimson got into his friends vehicle while cuffed without /me opens door being used. This falls under powergaming and violates rule 2.6.4. The chief, believing you were dangerous after a previous crime, shot to disable your vehicle.

From here on, the language and the tongue you use against the chief is simply unacceptable. The most notable event in which this happens is after the chief dies in the PD. At times, it may have falled into in character disrespect but the disrespect you had as well as the toxicity when he died is unacceptable. Does it in some way please you that you have no issue treating another human being in such a vulgar way? I'd be distraught if I realised I did this. You should feel the same way.

Obviously, I can only act on the evidence presented to me in this report. Whilst there is insufficient evidence to prove copbaiting or OOC threats, there's plenty to show unacceptable disrespect and FailRP during this situation.

This community does not tolerate such behavior. Crimson will be receiving a 4 day ban following this incident to catch up on the rules and to think over this incident and understand what he did wrong. Future infractions of this behavior may result in more severe punishments being issued.
