@BloodyMustache89 this is his forum account but since he hasn't been on the forums since October I don't believe he will reply with an accurate response time.

Request Reason: The player I'm currently reported has randomly RDM'ed without a reason. The player was a firefighter and he quit his job and decided to shoot me with a glock without a reason. While I was walking around minding my own business. I spawned in my car and the player shot me behind killing me which lost me an M4, kev + helm, and 6 smalls.

I was not the one playing on my computer, I did not find out about this until today when I heard my cousin talking about the event that took place and upon asking what server it was on he said Monolith. I know you guys can't take my word or anything on this and I am sorry that this event had to happen. I have nothing against Alex and I was even in the same org as him at one point before mSide shut down. I can hop on and give him back the items if they are still in my inventory or bank, I have no idea where they are.

However, Ill ask my loot that I had on me to be returned. @Shimax ツ Me and Alex have made up in game. I am sorry that this event had to happen to Alex and had to take place on the MonolithRP Server. I will make sure I watch my cousin closely next time he is on my computer and make sure that he stays off of Monolith. I have returned from a ban fairly recently and I am trying to do things the right way without breaking the rules. I sincerely hope you guys know that I personally do not mean any harm to MonolithRP or the players and I hope to never have my username be reported on the forums for anything else in the future.

I have been monitoring this thread, despite my lack of response as it appeared that you two seemed to be resolving this in person.

I'm glad that you two can move past this incident in a mature fashion, though @BloodyMustache89 , do be aware that for future reference, action taken on your acount is your responsibility and an unban or punishment appeal is unlikely to get accepted in the future for such reasons.
