I am Baljeet Wang and I was the person in the tan suit with a horse head.

My good friend John Stroganoff asked if I would like a tour, to which I gladly accepted. Upon entering, one of the sergeants asked why I was inside and immediately pulled out a tazer. I began to run around in circles until more and more officers decided to pursue me with tazers out. I then sought refuge in the locker room and waited for Officer Stroganoff to clear the confusion.

@Horse & @puvz this could have been roleplayed better. You could have asked for higher-up permission to give a "tour" of the police department, and informed others of this action. @Horse you made the situation worse by running around and avoiding police instead of just talking about the situation. @puvz you can not simply just knock out and kill your superior for demoting you, and you should not also just be letting people into PD without permission. As a result;
