im pretty sure there i waited 10 mins to raid pd to get my friend out and i knew he was in jail after i respawned because you guys forgot one of the people that i was with and left him there the only thing i did wrong was when i came back the last time that was my fault also lmao why are you crouch spamming nerd

I can confirm I was the person in the blue car in the first video, I escaped while you weren’t looking. Also in the first video you shot someone in a red hoodie who didn’t even do anything and then proceeded to immediately not even check the pulse of the person, instead you went into his inventory.

On top of that, I also want to add that in the first clip, you said to get out of the car but when he did, you immediately lit him up before he even fired a shot.

You can't raid pd after being killed in the same situation your friend was involved in, in the first place. Everyone that was on the scene was apprehended. There were three of you in the car, and three of you were either killed or placed in handcuffs.

There was no rule break. He got out of the car and pulled a gun. If he wanted to live, he would have put his hands up, and not run around.

He pulled a gun, and was killed by law enforcement. I don't see the point you're trying to make.

Everyone on that scene was not apprehended, I literally escaped with handcuffs on, was lockpicked out of them, we raided PD because they just jailed him. You may check my record on monilith when I get on if you really want too, I was not processed

Terribly sorry about the delay with this report, both parties have replied so I believe I have enough to wrap this up.

After reviewing the video provided by @Hazer we can see rule 4.2.1 being broken by @Bob Ross. Once you have raided the PD and killed the police force you left and then returned for no apparent reason, this would be a break in the raid timer as you were not there to free and org/party members or at the PD with an objective in mind.
