The reporting player has said it was a mug, yet it wasn't a mug as he never put his hands up or dropped anything. Secondly, have done it several times and with no report. Also, mechanics shouldn't charge to repair due to the salary that they get paid.

Player @Che'f Boyarte and @Leo Garkin have broken the following rules:

1. You may not force mechanics to repair a vehicle at gunpoint, unless they are charging you more than $500, or you are in an urgent situation that warrants it.
