Using OOC reasons to ruin roleplay. This guy doesn't like me (which is fine), but uses it to try and make my game experience worse.

He has also frequently done the phase boobs thing in OOC

I could charge officers 1k+ and have done so to every officer that walks into my mechanic shop. Also explained to winters the charge and he agreed with me, you act like i gave you 30min when i only gave you 5. The last clip i didnt charge you for not getting into vehicle i charged you because you didnt leave a active investigation and it went through winters. I have been warned and punished about the phase boobs thing and i have apologized to you for that situation. When i said i dont like this guy it implied that i dont like criminals it was a rp situation.

i can charge officers whatever i want dont blame me blame the server. For the situation that i arrested you in it went through the superior winters i asked him questions and the time you deserve if you dont like it take it up with winters not me.

Everything reported here seems justifiable, besides when he targets you in OOC (which appears to be around 2-3 weeks ago). Further action for that will be taken (unless it already has - which will be checked). As for the situation at mechanics, they can decide to charge you a lot of money if they dislike you, but they cannot decline you service. In this instance, it is best for you to get your vehicle repaired from PD or purchasing your own repair kit. The event where @Egg was attempting to "force" you into the civilians vehicle was an unprofessional action, and if you cared enough, you could try handling that in RP with a police supervisor. Other than that, I see no rule breaks.
