Im making a PR as i find it to be some sort of metagaming and when I made a sit and it was taken I was directed to the forums as they weren't on the server when the sit was taken

^^ this is the picture of the sit and i think it sums up what happened pretty well But because I had just died in a suburbs raid grabbed a gun and Drove to mechanic and my car getting spiked and getting told if i leave or hop out of the car im going to die makes it seem like its some sort of metagame

After reviewing this report I have come to the following conclusion:

There is not enough evidence in the clip above to prove for 100% certain that the two officers were metagaming. The only thing this shows is a questionable traffic stop at best.
