you cant just block a road for road works, its a normal civ working job nothing to do with you (especially with 5 pop) you cant assume anything so when you write "cant 100% say" then don't say as you do not have proof lol. There was no cop baiting from my part but shooting Brandon for no reason does not make any sense just because he's in a car trying to maneuver around your makeshift safety barriers and crashes without making any contact with you does not then give you the right to shoot him up. @sad/happy Brandon

As for @Smoky and @Brandon231311 @ runner11 is within his full right to block off the roads as a police officer there are no rules forbidding this but as for shooting him for writing tickets you are no allowed to do this

1. You may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for writing you, your friends or organization/party members a ticket. In addition, you may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for previously arresting you and/or confiscating items from your inventory.

As for the police corruption seen later within the video this is a clear case of corruption as there was no roleplay reason involved in this.
