Following a review of the report and provided evidence, a conclusion has been made. In short, both users, sad/happy Brandon (@Brandon231311) <76561198107334746> and GEORGE (@george) <76561198312258013> have been deemed to have violated rule 1.1 (expected behaviour), 5.1.7 (corruption in a government job) and Misuse of Equipment/5.2.1.8 (usage of a taser). While on law enforcement they have displayed illegal actions, negatively inciting other players through the role of the police and misusing the equipment provided.

In consideration of the punishment, from a review of the evidence provided in this instance, user punishment history and observed behaviour while on police, actions have consequences, with considerations of police guidelines imposed, both users, sad/happy Brandon (@Brandon231311) <76561198107334746> and GEORGE (@george) <76561198312258013> will receive a One Month Blacklist from Police.
