premium boxes and mugging

im not sure if its just me being dumb but does anyone know of a rule stating you cant be mugged if u are ontop of the prem box? or was i just imagining it.

Could have been a rule in the past but there's no current rule that says anything about that.

If the prembox is a dark secluded area with no npcs watching.

You can mug anyone at the prem box until an X number of people are there. then you can't and its considered a public area.

There is no rule specifically making premium boxes safe from crime. The only applicable rule regarding mugging at one is the following:

1. You may not mug or kidnap in crowded places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas. This may not be in front of an NPC and/or governmental buildings such as the Police Department, Sheriff's Department, Hospital, Fire Department, City Hall, and the Bank.
