Hi yes, I am not familiar with the OOC rules and context of this, I believe the guy who shot me had a warrant out for his arrest and would have had the right to shoot me, I do believe he then should have left and not RDMed Mornarq. Let me know if you need more info.

I was. I was sure I had it in video.
The mod who took the sit said he would vouch. He verified logs. I unfortunately do not remember his name.

Based on the evidence Provided as well as logs This player report is Accepted. The will to the police officer was valid but there was no reason to kill the civilian.
