We had kos on him and his car called by someone else and we were already chasing him, as you can see at the start of the clip. I unzipped him after I told him to drop all the items and he didn't drop the items so my friend killed him.

Here's the additional 30 seconds of the 90 second clip, which I cut out to what I thought was the relevant part of my replay,

I had just deployed my car, and was looking for somewhere I hadn't based before to base at, which you can hear there, and I'm sure logs would support that I deployed my car, did nothing for a while other than drive around, then rented a property about 1 minute before being killed.

At 0:58 in the video in this message (0:30 in the original report), you can even hear your friend asking who I am and what org I was in, very clearly not even recognizing me, much less as someone who they had KOS on.
And if you did have KOS on me, why not kill me in Crooks Cres? Why not just open fire on me at drawbridge rather than initiate a mugging? Why lie in the report?

The only other interaction I had with any of you that night, was watching your male_07 friend in the tan suit drive off in his Shelby at casino, not really even an interaction, as we never talked or looked at each other.

I'd like to see any evidence of me doing anything to any of you, which would warrant my killing, besides me not dropping the items which is not the KOS you're speaking of. In addition, your KOS does not prevent this from being a public mugging.

Maybe the KOS call wasn't valid, but we had no way of knowing that off a comm. You can see in the video, that we were very clearly following you. You can also see we stopped at the bridge to see if the cop would drive away. Which is why we didn't kill you at Crooks Cres because we didn't want involvement with the cops.

The kill was valid, I failed to comply with demands, the report isn't about that.

Read it again, you might see that I reported the mugging itself since that wasn't supposed to happen to begin with.

I believe I have enough information to conclude this report. In this case, it seems like an org member/friend gave out a false or invalid reason for KOS. After looking through logs I can see no reason for the killing to take place. When executing a KOS killing you should not be telling the player to drop EVERYTHING you even affirmed him to drop legal items.
