I have since read upon the rules indepthly and are extremely sorry for my actions. I am also sorry to @PhychoMaticRants for causing him issues by breaking raid timer on him along with his friend. I am also sorry to @Jacub for having to put up with me acting immature and for me being a pain to deal with. I am also sorry to Jacub for lying to you about the situation I can assure you it will not happen again.
