I did not include player disrespect as I feel that the harassment I endured was not worthy of that classification, however it is up to the evaluators to make that decision.
TIME OF OCCURANCE: Approximately 20:00 (CST)
SITUATION REPORT:
I was driving down the highway when a UPS truck veered into the oncoming lane, which I was in, and rammed my car at a high speed where it is a low speed area. I turned around and turned on ELS to pull them over. We were in the middle of the road on the bridge, a narrow bridge, so I told the suspect in the UPS truck to move forward, this to get us out of the way of traffic. After inching forwards enough to where I felt comfortable enough to step onto the road, I approached the vehicle. I walked up and asked them to turn off their engine, both to ensure that they did not drive away and so I could hear them speak. After this encounter they got out of the vehicle and proceeded to talk about something in the back of their truck. I couldn't make sense of it and decided to wait for them to calm down. They decided to get back in the car and talk about "not going to jail packages" or something of the variation. I still cannot understand what they said after reviewing the footage. I sped back to my cruiser and got in it so I could catch them, as they had turned on their engine, began driving, and was talking about not going to jail. Once in my car, I realized they stopped moving once again so I drive forwards to block their ability to drive forwards and escape the Traffic Stop. They proceeded to start driving into the back of my car and ram it from behind. I turned on my lights and began another pursuit with the individual. Chief Douglass (@HiddenBush) assisted me in the chase as we attempted to work together and stop the truck. After some success getting him semi-stuck, I got out and struggled to pull my firearm from my back. When I finally did, I said "DRIVER: Unhook Your Seatbelt (J), Turn Off Your Engine (H), Step Out Of The Vehicle (E), and Surrender Yourself (F2) Immediately." He ignored this demand, while under visible and obvious gunpoint. He began accelerating to attempt to get free and hit me in this effort, then backed up to straighten out. I got out of the way and started attempting to disable the vehicle. I did not want to kill the individual, however since he did damage me with his vehicle, he had become code red. I aimed solely for the tires and once one of the tires was confirmed popped, I assessed the situation. Seeing that the UPS Truck was going to turn around into the oncoming lane, I ran over and deployed spike strips to stop the driver from proceeding. As Freddy Douglass pushed him towards the strip, his car went perpendicular to the road. He began getting out of the vehicle so I raced over to his location and pulled my firearm out. I aimed it at him and instructed him to "Stop Moving and Surrender Yourself (F2)" which he did. I did not shoot him in this moment as, although he was Code Red, it would not have been realistic to just gun him down. I cuffed him and thanked Freddy Douglass for his assistance, then picked up my spike strip and headed back to the PD. Once I got to the PD, the individual began making rude remarks, breaking character, failrp-ing, and more. I pulled the suspect towards the interrogation rooms and claimed Interrogation 1. I brought him into the interrogation room and began listing his charges. I listed each applicable charge he was facing, then searched his person. Although he was a criminal, police are only supposed to confiscate Class B firearms if they are used in a crime or the owner does not possess a valid license. I finalize the moment within the interrogation room and proceed to booking. I reach booking and begin listing the laws broken in a ticket, as the ticket had amounted to more than $4500 by the time I was finished with the charges. I finalized the ticket and moved towards the Booking Computer. I put him in jail for the same charges listed, and I finalized the sentencing. This is where our interactions come to a halt and I turn off my 'body cam'.
