1. We do not tolerate derogatory slurs towards any group of people such as, racism, homophobia etc. within the community - especially Out-Of-Character. Your in-game character may be offensive to a certain degree HOWEVER once players feel uncomfortable you have definitely broke the rule. Be observant and considerate. Things like the N-word and other ethnic slurs are never acceptable - neither Out-Of-Character nor In-Character.

P.S Just because something is not listed in the rules doesn't mean it isn't a rule. Use common sense.

I am the one who sprayed you down as we were planning on taking you hostage, as you put multiple of my friends for very unreasonable amounts of time. I took out my scar, and I realized you didn't yet realize I had a gun at you from behind, so I reacted by firing at you, as you took out your M4, so, it isn't RDM from my POV, I understand that you didn't see me and I did say "Hands up!" but I knew that was a short time to react, and you took your M4 for your safety from my friend in the vehicle

So that means you are admitting to breaking the kidnaptimer, as stated:

1. You must wait out a 30-minute delay to do another mugging after your previous attempt that was either successful or unsuccessful.

In addition:

1. You may not harm an officer for writing you, your friends or crew members a ticket. In addition, you may not harm a police officer for previously arresting you and/or confiscating items from your inventory.

and also breaking NLR since the rules tell us this is a "new" chief. After further reading into logs, multiple counts of VDM and killing him, it almost seems like player targetting which is also against the rules;

1. Do not grief/troll, harass or do things with the intention of annoying another player.

I understand that it may sometimes be difficult to deal with this particular Chief, but this is not the way guys. Don't do the crime if you can't take the time.
