Unban Reason: If you actually gave me a chance to respond i could've argued my case, being that this kid literally is a nuisance, he for one came and tried to mug me whilst farming in which he failed and was arrested, then out of him being him he came BACK as a police assistant chief while @DystopianRaven was the current police chief attempting to arrest me for having an expired license when my car was parked while i was farming.. yes i did call him a "coon" in context not of a black person but "a rustic, informal person". i am black/ colored (mixed w/ white) to be exact, and the word has meaning to it of course but i was not aiming it to be race driven whatsoever, and for that i do apologize for my action of name calling that shouldn't be in anyone's vocab nor should i be here making excuses for my name calling being that i've been in the community for far too long, i feel like this ban is one of my more undeserved ones out of my many and i think this guy is making it his goal to see players banned and him get the last laugh, thanks for reading and i hope you can see my point of view.

note: and also turned into detective and texted me and i stated what guns i had and he attempted to arrest me once again (all different lives correct?) logs i think may show how much he baited me into having any interaction with him

@Sneaky. he was called that after he had made the switch to assistant chief and had gotten off to be a detective to further more incriminate me, i can say i truly didn't mean it as derogatory race related slur, and that is why i think it's a little one sided on his part.. you guys immediately assumed it was racist in which it can be but it wasn't till after i typed and said it where i realized i screwed up knowing he was baiting me the whole time. again i do apologize it shouldn't even be a topic of discussion

@krabe reading this literally made me pause and think if i lost iq points, my comment was directed to you meaning that you are like a caveman a overall uninteresting being far from calling you a literal black person, which in fact i am. i actually take offense from you taking action on this, i doubt you're actually colored irl and took any real offence to my comment.. you already have a history of job abuse and NLR so what you did isn't surprising in the least, you are a known player that trolls and this report seems like it's you getting the last laugh. you have so many reports on players i laughed that i was banned because i know i'm not a racist and was confused and remembered that i said that, you immediately asked in ooc if the word was racist or not you didn't even know the word's meaning yourself.

i am coloured IRL thank you very much, like i get it black people should be able to say black things but like its still discrimnatiory and i dont know if your black or not i dont know you why would i want you to disrepect me in such a way, also your lying on the forums and also i was wounder if it was banned on the server, like maybe i have trolled or what so ever, but i was doing everything right and you kept fail roleplaying the whole time, at the end of the day you called me a c**n.

After careful deliberation of the case presented, I have decided to reduce the ban to 2 weeks.
In addition to the conditions that were agreed upon in private messages, we will be closely monitoring behavior and conduct in the server.
Any violation of similar rule breaks in the future, will result in a reinstatement of the previous length, with the potential for extension depending on severity.

This will be considered a good faith reduction, please do not let this happen again.
