You got muted for mic spam for another sit. This is different you are lying you kill people and play these songs to irritate and annoy them and act like some sort of terrorist I dont get how making fun of a religion is funny!!

Good evening,

After spending the day reviewing the evidence, posts and after having confirmed with relevant staff members what's been said's accuracy, I've come to the following conclusion:

User @Fridge was in violation of rule 3.4, as quoted below:

3.4 -- You are not allowed to play music through voice chat or use a voice changer.

As confirmed by Marwan, the punishing staff member in regards to this violation, @Fridge was punished and therefore cannot be punished as a result of this report.

As for the racism, please see below General Rule 1.6:

We do not tolerate derogatory slurs towards any group of people, such as racism, homophobia etc.,
within the community - especially Out-Of-Character. Your in-game character may be offensive to a
certain degree HOWEVER, once players feel uncomfortable you have to stop immediately. Be observant
and considerate. Things like the N-word and other ethnic slurs are never acceptable - neither
Out-Of-Character nor In-Character.

It is important to note here that derogatory slurs were not used nor was the music used to offend the reporting party. Should the reporting party feel uncomfortable with this, they should have requested the reported to stop. Continuing would have warranted a punishment under harassment.

Many assumptions were made regarding intent in this report. If something makes you uncomfortable or feel intimidated, let it be known and they should stop else get punished.

There is insufficient evidence to prove that this was done out of malicious intent. Furthermore, two separate situations handled this situation already, therefore a third is redundant.
