RADIO STATION BUGED IN GAME

So basically am gonna say it straight and 2 the point i was trying to talk threw the radio to my aduience and it dose not work theres no micropone i can buy so i called an admin and he says that the radio is bugged thats why i cant talk to my audience and the radioo maker dosent register the amount of people listening to the radio plz fix this
