Upon further investigation, it appears that the moderator that abused their powers was not the one that killed you.

You were killed by an individual with the name Jesse Pinkman (hunin5) who is also the one that took your items.

Based upon these facts, I would need additional proof that you should be refunded for these specifics items, as that player was not a moderator, and could not abuse any sort of powers to know your location.

I just assumed that I should be refunded the items because Anders Hank was metagaming and not talking so he could've commed something when he was invisible, I just thought it was fair that I should be refunded because he had an advantage over me that I didn't have.

Giving the oddities of the circumstances with the staff having their privileges revoked because of this raid, we will make go ahead and make a one time exception and refund the items you lost.
