Request Reason: I was attempting to pull over a red supra when 2 guys randomly (who were not associated with the guy in the supra or to the scene) randomly pulled over along side us and killed me and Jerold creed with no reason. The only iteraction ive had with these guys in the past was i dropped them off at farm house when they hoped into my vehicle.

Note: @captainbarbossa41 Please try to be more specific with the time when this occurred. You have multiple damage logs from different situations so it is not simple to pinpoint.

Apologies for incorrectly tagging you before, this has been corrected in the prior post. A conclusion has been made after reviewing the provided statements and evidence. In short, I do not see any proper reason why you or the other user killed was reasonable. Neither of you was performing actions as police which would validate lethal action. I see the users who killed you (1994 Ford Mustang GT & MrFrags) engaging in a passive roleplay situation when unnecessary. Please see below the considered rules violated:

2.2.4 (Sensible Killing)
Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly under any circumstances, including in gang zones, and not as a first resort unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

2.2.8 (Killing Law Enforcement)
You may not kill a Law Enforcement Officer unless you have a valid roleplay reason to do so. These could include but are not limited to, visibly carrying illegal weapons or visibly performing an illegal activity. These reasons depend on the context. If police are attempting to initiate an arrest on you while you are carrying hidden illegal items in your inventory, that is a valid reason to kill them.

2.2.10 (Damaging Law Enforcement: Tickets & Prior Actions)
You may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for writing you, your friends or organisation/party members a ticket. In addition, you may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for previously arresting you and/or confiscating items from your inventory.
