Unban Reason: I would like to say first that the ban given to me has really surprised me, i was arguing with a staff member and giving my opinion on how he gave 3 people (me and 2 other Security guards) different punishments, the situation was that there was a SG cadet running outside of the bank so i went to tell him to come back to the bank and thats when he started minging and failrping, so we tazed him before i could make a ticket because he was baton abusing us, so the admin comes to all 3 of us and gives me and Musti (my friend) different punishments and he let off the minge with a verbal warning, then i told the administrator that decision was poorly made, then he brings up my past ban (that i didnt try to appeal), and starts saying that im most likely gonna do "it" again.
Arguing went here and there but it was no disrespect from both sides, and thats when i got banned for toxicity and minging and whatnot
(i really didnt have any bad intentions and just wanted to role play

First of all, I caught you and two others messing around as security. At first it would've either been a warning point or a blacklist but it was actually your attitude that got the extended ban. Throughout you were disrespecting the newer player, as well as accusing me of being biased. I will explain why I wasn't biased.

Based on your records. If you have a cleaner record, you haven't got in trouble before and everyone messes up every now and then, so we tend to be more lenient.

This is out of your jurisdiction. Just because he was breaking a rule, doesn't mean you should. If he was minging, you call staff, not take matters into your own hands and also failRP.

Incorrect. They were actually given a warning point for FailRP as bank security.

No... I was saying that because of your extensive record and previous offenses with FailRP as bank security, you'd be receiving a harsher punishment. Originally, that would've been a blacklist for a couple days. You did not just say "that decision was poorly made." Iirc, you always referred to the new player as "that fucker" and you were calling me biased and overall really arguementative throughout the whole sit for absolutely no reason, because you hadn't let me disclose your punishment.

Arguing in the sense that you were calling me and the new player names. Just because he got off with a less harsh punishment doesn't mean I was biased. Your arguement was that I should punish the new player harsher because he has to learn? That's not how it works. You've been here longer, doesn't mean your more trusted, it means you should know the rules and how to follow them.
For about 10 minutes, you were sat in the sit, trying to argue with me. You think I wanted to do this? No ticket was made. I stumbled across this situation.

In conclusion, the reason you received a 3 day ban whereas your friends only received warning points was because you were really arguementative in the sit and wouldn't let me speak nor anyone else. Trust me, I'm fairly confident I know the rules after a year of being a staff member.

I can't see why I should remove this ban. For how you treated people in the sit, this was very lenient. I suggest your take your time off to read the rules, familiarise yourself with them, so that this doesn't happen again.
