Request Reason: I was still undercover as a detective, and there was no way they would have known that I was one. I took a picture and I believed to be far enough away from the fight, and turned away and was insta crunched.

You took a picture and possessed evidence against me and my colleagues, on top of this, you ran into an active gunfight to get these photos which does constitute FTVL. I do not understand the end goal of this PR as it only shows you failing to value your life if you're a civilian or doing something KOS'able as a detective and even as a civilian.

Did not run into a gunfight, video clearly shows me avoid the gunfight, and maintain a good 30-50ft distance between us. You took your attention off the fight you were having with the officers across the street just to shoot me and the civilian behind me, not knowing who actually took the photo. And also, for all you know, I could have been taking pictures of anything I see, not of you, so you just assumed I took a photo of you and your companion.
Could have easily put me under FearRP and made me "delete" the evidence, but you chose the shoot first option, don't even question it option like most of the people on here do.
Your crew was cop-baiting all night, causing chaos throughout the city, just to get some "Frags", including this :

, where we literally pulled up on the scene to grab my vehicle, just to get mowed down instantly.

The fact that you do not see how perfectly fine these clips make me believe you genuinely have brain damage or do not understand the rules. I am just quickly going to say I have been apart of the community for 3 years and have learned a few rules the hard way as everyone else. The first clip shows that you literally take pictures of us that show class 3 weapons which does allow KOS, the second clip shows you pulling up to a cop car when we all are equipped in a stolen cop car after a situation took place right at Lola's Mansion, cops at that moment were a direct threat to our lives, and you can not fight that. I would recommend brushing up on the rules before you make a player report targeting me after a completely fair night, keep posting these videos if you want but you are embarrassing yourself at this point. Bashing others is a short coming you must have, which is understandable, from the way you carry yourself.
Yes, it could have been a valid KOS if you were SURE someone was taking pictures of yourself at that current place and time. Be careful, you could kill someone who has nothing to do with the scene, and could be taking pictures of another situation/player.
Whatever decision is made, it'll be whatever it'll be.

After further review i have come to the conclusion to deny this player report for the reason listed below.

You were taking pictures of the people with class 3's shooting at police officers and committing a crime. If the evidence would have reached other police officers they would be in trouble and would have a chance of being arrested / killed. And because they were in a gunfight there was no way for them to hold you up and make you "delete" the photos.

Furthermore insulting each other in reports will result in a punishment.
