Unban Reason: The reason Im requesting for a unban is because when i was shooting the person who we told to get out of the car he just drove off from us and i started shooting at him and a car passed by i don't know if its his friend or not but i accidentally shot it him because i had a mac11

The issue for me is that I don’t hear/see the reason for killing him before or after his death via either voice or text chat. If you don’t provide a reason and it was not during a raid or self defense then that death is unwarranted and considered Random Deathmatch (RDM) per our server rules.

This isn’t considered self-defense as the vehicle collision did not seem intentional and your life or those of a befriended was not at risk of death.

The reason for killing him is i wanted to mug him but he started running off from his vehicle so i fired a couple rounds at his vehicle hoping to pop the tires and as soon as we popped it he hand a gun so we just started shooting at him.

He was talking to his friend as you can hear you cant even hear his friend talking to him its just his in game and his voice that are recorded so when i told him to put his hands up the video obviously didn't pick it up

If that is the case then why didn’t you tell him after his death that he was killed for escaping a mugging?

As long as you understand that the issue was your orders weren’t clear enough and you’ll try to be more descriptive and louder the next time I will accept your appeal

We already told him to put his hands up in the begining and that he is being mugged but he started driving off so the only thing left for me to do is shoot his tiers and finish him off in the end.
