@Unknxwn Terrorist You do know that counter breaking rules is not accepted? Just because it seems like he was about to break a rule, doesnt make it okay for you to break a rule just before John could brake a rule. That just leaves you breaking a rule.

i didnt even mean to have the baton outl. i accedently got it out before i even knew you were there i wasnt about to break any rule

He looked right at me with a baton when i pulled my gun out. I had to protect myself. You can easily see this in the video. Even if he wasn't going to break any counter RP rules, it sure looked like he was going to

right is was going to baton you while you had a glock out sure mate, you just wanted to kill me, you have done this before

Baton rushing is not allowed, so there shouldn't be any reason to kill John. Same thing implies with a vehicle for example, you don't just kill the driver because he might run you over.
